cancellation policy

At Renewed Massage Therapy, we understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your massage appointment. We value your time and ask that you kindly provide us with advance notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to accommodate other clients.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations or Rescheduling:
   - We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be on our waitlist.
   - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

2. No-shows:
   - If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show."
   - No-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Late Arrivals:
   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please be aware that arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time in order to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed.
   - In the event of a late arrival, we will provide as much of your scheduled treatment as possible within the remaining time and the full service fee will be charged.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (262)-975-0421. If we are unavailable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, contact information, and the date and time of your scheduled appointment.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will take these on a case-by-case basis. Should you have an exceptional circumstance that prevents you from providing the necessary notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy. It allows us to effectively manage our schedule and ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible. Your commitment to this policy enables us to provide the highest quality services to each and every client.
